Shipping
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (US): 7–12 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Contact us with your order number to start a return — we'll provide instructions and a return address.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, email us a photo along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.
